Dear
I have read the book and really like it.I really wish I would have found this guide 3 months ago.
It lays every thing out nice and neat. It is well written and was an enjoyable
read. The book confirmed a lot of things that I already knew and I picked
up several tips that have helped immensely.
Thanks for the book and for opening the doors to other e-books and resources.
It doesn't matter what "plan" or training principles you use.
The most important thing you can do (besides eating, training and recovery)
is to educate yourself. It's a lot easier to read this guide than to waste
a year or two learning the hard way.
Thanks again,
Ray
Hello
I was concerned about my son’s ability to listen, especially after
watching him literally ‘run circles’ around his classmates at gymnastics class. A friend suggested that I enroll him
in a 'martial arts' class, but I wasn't sure whether these would be appropriate for a hyper 4-yr old.
So I did some research. The first website I found looked impressive,
but seemed to emphasize 'fighting' over all else (I wasn't sure about adding 'kicking' and 'punching' to
my son's repertoire). So after 3 months of following your tips was more what I was looking for - especially
a dramatic changed. So thanks to your site for giving a valuable information through research work. I will
recommend this site to my friends.
In closing "Thank you" for writing a book that has impacted
me in such a positive way.
God bless you,
Jen Crawford from Canada
Hi
This site is a virtual library of useful information. This
contains valuable tips, tricks, and training advice throughout the always thought-provoking content.
It contains a distinctive, insightful, direct style that gets to the 'meat' very quickly
without much embellishment. Readers are always treated to his proven analysis on
techniques offered within the this site. Then, he makes us think -- an altogether
underdeveloped Martial skill. The format is plain and simple --WYSIWYG. The
information is Timely, Informative, Efficient, Effective this sets the standard
for a Martial Arts .
Thanks for made Toolkit I'm using daily, but I'm glad that I
learned about useful supplements from Toolkit and that you need a proper
combination of diet and exercise over a long term period to make real
progress. The guide contained valuable daily ideas too. I'd already
bought the book but the guide reinforced its ideas.
The tips given were useful as well.

Dear
Mentally, I learned how
to increase my memory; I learned how to adapt to changes and overcome them
by having a good attitude and staying in a positive state of mind. I also
learned how to approach obstacles and mental blocks in such a way that I
might easily overcome them. Physically, I learned the importance of eating
right and keeping your body in a clean and toxin free state. I also learned
what my strengths and weaknesses are; and the steps I can take to correct
my weaknesses and become a better fighter, and a healthier person. Thanks to
your site which has given me some valuable information about the martial art
through which I got what I need.
Thank for your assistance and time to write this guide.

Dear
I have the typical middle-aged man's story. I spent much of my life focusing
on my career and yes doing some exercise but without the same sort of
plan and precision that I had applied to my professional life. Consequently
at the age of 50 I found myself fifty pounds overweight with a BMI of
33% and I have a family history of cardiovascular disease. With the help
of an exercise physiologist, the use of the zig-zag diet, and weight training,
I have lost thirty plus pounds and have lowered my BMI to 19% and I'm
still working. Although I followed the directions of my exercise physiologist
religiously, I needed more information to help me; I'm an information
hound like most people my age. Your book, The Beginner's Guide, and your
website provided me with the rationale and advice necessary to be successful
in this endeavor of taking better care of myself. As you stress again
and again in both your website and the book, this process of increasing
fitness must deliberate and conscious. Maybe at the age of 20 you could
drift into better physical health but at the age of 50, it's got to be
a plan that you work on everyday. Your book and your website have helped
me to keep focused on my goals and have provided me with the practical
informational tools that I needed. Thanks for your help.
